Fabrication
We sell our own race-proven parts that
we custom fabricate for many imports. All research & development
takes place in our Toronto-based shop, where parts are designed,
created, installed and fully tested. These parts provide proven
results in competition and you can now purchase them for your own
car!
In addition, complete racing engines can be built on special order,
including designing them for your particular needs or racing demands.
Turbo Manifold for SOHC 1.6L Honda
The Ultimate Racing turbo manifold for
SOHC 1.6L Hondas give those without motor swaps the ability to compete
with the rest. Using ceramic-coated heavy gauge mild steel tubing,
its durability far surpasses those of cast and stainless steel construction.
Mated with a 2.5” stainless steel downpipe, HKS standard external
wastegate, and a T25 turbocharger. Alternatively, custom orders
can be made to suit virtually any size turbo, wastegate, and downpipe
setup.

for MKIV Supra

for those demanding the quickest spool-up time from their turbo.
The Ultimate Racing ‘street trim’ turbo manifold
for the MKIV Supra provides maximum power along with superior
streetability, two key advantages that are rarely seen together.
Our goal for this manifold was simple, NO LAG. The result, full
boost by 3000 rpm! Built to last, the turbo manifold comprises
of ceramic-coated heavy gauge mild steel construction. Mated
with a 4” stainless steel downpipe, T66 twin-ball bearing
turbocharger, and an HKS GT wastegate to control exhaust flow.
Of course, custom spec orders are always available.

Road Race/Street Single Turbo Kit for FD3S RX-7
Ultimate Racing’s single turbo
manifold, built for road race and street applications. This combination
removes the stock twin-turbo setup while keeping turbo lag to a minimum.
The design of the manifold, and use of a single, custom twin ball-bearing
T-series turbo, maintains the quick spool-up of the original twin
turbo setup while producing huge amounts of power in the 500 rwhp
range. Custom drag racing manifolds also available.
