Return/Exchange and Warranty Policy
Paid deposits on any products and/or services
sold by Ultimate Racing are non-refundable. If in any case a cancellation
of deposit must be made, Ultimate Racing will charge a 20% re-stocking
fee whether or not the item has been shipped. The remaining balance
will be reimbursed with in-store credit only. There are no cash

sold by Ultimate Racing are non-refundable. If in any case a return
must be made, Ultimate Racing will charge a 20% re-stocking fee
(less shipping charges) whether or not the item has been shipped. Product(s) must
remain new and uninstalled. Returns must arranged within 30 days
of ship date. The remaining balance will be reimbursed with in-store
credit only. There are no cash refunds. Exchanges may be
made on brand new, uninstalled products. In-bound and out-bound
shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Ultimate Racing offers a 5-year warranty on our quality and workmanship.
This includes parts that are made in-house by Ultimate
Racing (i.e. Fabricated Piping, Welding, Machined Parts). If for
any reason these parts should fail within this 5-year period, Ultimate
Racing will repair or replace the part free of charge (in-bound
and out-bound shipping and
handling fees extra). Warranty/Repair parts must first be
returned to Ultimate Racing for inspection. Ultimate Racing
will never ship a replacement product before receiving back the
original. All miscellaneous and extra expenses incurred as a
result of the Warranty/Repair (workshop labor, vehicle downtime, etc)
will never be reimbursed by Ultimate Racing. All other parts (i.e. Turbo, Wastegate, etc)
must fall under their respective manufacturer's warranty. If repairs
are attempted by anyone other than Ultimate Racing or the respective
manufacturer the warranty will be voided.
