Corner
Weighting:
Corner
weighting (corner balancing) your car allows it to handle
evenly through both left and right turns; in essence, equalizing
how much weight gets transferred during cornering. As you
enter a corner, weight is transferred from the inside to the
outside wheels.
This
weight is always transferred diagonally across the car. As
an example, the more weight taken off the right rear tire,
the more weight gets loaded on the left front tire. Too much
weight transfer disturbs the balance of the car and reduces
the tire's grip. Since weight is transferred diagonally, balance
is achieved by transferring weight from the front to the back,
or from the back to the front diagonally across the car.
Utilizing the Rebco system, we can accurately corner weight
your vehicle for maximum performance on the street, and at
the track.
