Deposit Policy
Paid deposits on any products sold by Ultimate Racing are non-refundable.
If in any case a cancellation of deposit must be made, Ultimate Racing will charge a 30% re-stocking fee whether or not the item has been shipped. The remaining balance will be reimbursed with in-store credit only. There are no cash refunds.
Return / Refund
Returns on any product(s) sold by Ultimate Racing are non-refundable. If in any case a return must be made, Ultimate Racing will charge a 30% re-stocking fee (less shipping charges) whether or not the item has been shipped.
Returns must arranged within 30 days of ship date, products must remain new and uninstalled. There are no cash refunds. In-bound and out-bound shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges must be arranged within 30 days of ship date.
Fitment & Compatibility
Ultimate Racing products are designed and manufactured to fit Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) components or Ultimate Racing manufactured components. Fitment is not guaranteed when used in conjunction with aftermarket components manufactured by third parties. The purchaser is responsible for verifying compatibility with their specific vehicle and modifications prior to purchase and installation. Ultimate Racing shall not be liable for any fitment issues resulting from the use of non-OEM or third-party aftermarket components.
